Welcome to New York Outrigger!

New York Outrigger is Manhattan Island's first outrigger canoe club. We are a volunteer-driven, non-profit educational organization committed to providing the safe environment, instruction, equipment, and camaraderie needed to enjoy the sport of outrigger canoeing.

MAHALO! Annual NYO Fundraiser, 12.6, 6-9pm

Thanks to everyone who made this event a success! Thanks to everyone who lent their time in helping before, during and after the event. Thanks to all who donated and showed up and to those who donated even though they couldn’t show up. Although we didn’t sell many paintings this year, some prints and Holiday gifts were purchased and a good time had by all. What a great way to end a stellar year and we look forward to seeing you on the water in 2009!

    Can you please tell me the dates of your Liberty Challenge for 2009? I was told it was held in August, the same date as our State races here in Hawaii.
